DELIVERIES

COVID-19 update:

UK deliveries may be longer than usual in some parts of the country. While the majority of parcels arrive in 2 working days from shipping, delivery times could be extended up to 14 working days.

International delivery times are unfortunately significantly longer than usual, I am unable to predict how long these will take but it could be several weeks.

UK

I aim to dispatch all items within 1-3 days of you placing your order.

Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. The estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days, however, times are not guaranteed on this service. This service is not tracked.

Next day guaranteed orders placed by 12pm are dispatched on the same day.

Free delivery is available for all overs over £25.

If you haven’t received your order after 10 working days from shipping please send an email to contact@glazemepretty.com, I will do my best to help you.

My studio is located in Carshalton (SM5 London), if you prefer to collect your order in person use the shipping method “Collect at SM5 London”.

International

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, with delivery times of 3-7 working days depending on the country. 

This service is not tracked, if you require a tracked service or faster delivery it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact me at contact@glazemepretty.com before placing your order.

If you haven’t received your order after 14 working days from shipping please send an email to contact@glazemepretty.com.

Any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply in your country must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These are not included in the shipping price.

RETURNS

I hope the product pictures capture my pieces realistically and you will be happy with them. In case you are not entirely satisfied with your items please contact me at contact@glazemepretty.com within 14 working days of you receiving the product. Returns will be accepted up to 21 days of you receiving the product.

If you need to cancel your order before the items have been dispatched please send an email to contact@glazemepretty.com. Once items have been dispatched I won’t be able to refund the shipping costs.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging in order to be refunded.
If you received broken or damaged items, please take a picture and email it to contact@glazemepretty.com on the day the items were received.

Once your return is received and accepted your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for your bank to show the credit.

I am unable to refund original shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items.
