CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please reply to the order confirmation email as soon as possible, or email me at contact@glazemepretty.com with the order number.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will need to request a return.

RETURNS

I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have 14 working days from the date you received your order to request a refund, and another 14 days to return the products.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging in order to be refunded. Please make sure all pieces are individually wrapped and secured with packing peanuts to avoid damage.

I am unable to refund original shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items.

To request a return, please reply to the order completed email, or email me at contact@glazemepretty.com with the order number.

If you received broken or damaged items, please take a picture and attach it to the email. A replacement or refund will be issued.

Once your return is received and accepted your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email. Funds may take a few days to show in your account.
