CANCELLATIONS
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can request a cancellation through your account: manage your orders here.
Once the order has been dispatched, you must request a return.
If you can't find how to request a cancellation, you can also reply to your order confirmation email, or email contact@glazemepretty.com.
RETURNS
I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have 14 working days from receiving your order to request a refund and another 14 days to return the products.
To be refunded, items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To avoid damage, please ensure all pieces are individually wrapped and secured with packing chips.
As a small maker, I cannot provide free return labels or cover the shipping costs for returning the items (unless the item arrived damaged).

Once your return is received and accepted, your refund will be issued within two working days using your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email. Funds may take a few days to show in your account.
REPLACEMENTS
If you received broken or damaged items, please take a picture and send it to contact@glazemepretty.com, or reply to any of your order notification emails.
A replacement or refund will be issued if appropriate.
