All orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail. You will receive email updates from Royal Mail with the tracking details, an estimated delivery day and the option to reschedule.

Free collection
My studio is located in London SM5; if you prefer to collect your order in person, use the Delivery Method "Pick up".
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification to pick it up.

INTERNATIONAL - United States
All shipments are sent tracked. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight.
Import taxes and duties are covered. No other taxes or duties are due upon arrival of the parcel.

INTERNATIONAL - Rest of the World
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight.
Please note that import taxes and duties are not included in the shipping price and are the buyer's responsibility. This also applies to Europe.
Delivery times are 5 to 10 working days, depending on the country. In some cases, timeframes may be extended due to customs clearance checks.
Please note that tracking is unavailable in some countries, such as Qatar and Chile.
In some cases, orders may incur additional import taxes and customs duties. These are not included in the shipping price and will be charged by your local postal provider on parcel arrival.
If you are not happy with these fees, you are entitled to refuse the parcel on arrival. In this case your local postal service will send the parcel back. Once I have safely received the parcel, a refund of the original order value will be issued.

All orders are plastic-free!
The pieces are wrapped in paper and protected by compostable chips made of starch.
All boxes are sealed with paper-based tape.
