Soothing stones, also called worry stones or fidget stones, are used for anxiety relief and self-soothing. You can rub it between your forefinger and thumb or fidget with the stone when feeling nervous or overwhelmed.
The top has a glazed thumb-shaped indentation, and the texture feels like a polished gemstone or glass.
The bottom is sanded smooth, with a texture similar to a smooth beach pebble.
Each stone is glazed with a beautiful crystalline finish, creating a unique pattern of baby blue crystals over a multi-tonal green, blue and cream background - no two are ever the same!
