A more convenient way to grate!
These textured dishes are super easy to use and clean. The friction against the textured base turns the garlic/ginger into a pulp that can be scooped directly into your dish.
The bumps on the dish are not sharp enough to cut your fingers.
To mince a clove of garlic or piece of ginger:
- Press the garlic/ginger in a circular motion over the base of the dish.
- Scoop the pulp out with your fingers and rinse to clean.
Glazed with a beautiful crystalline glaze, each mincer has a unique pattern of blue crystals over an amber background. No two are ever the same!
